— Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale radix) – Used for centuries to treat issues associated with any condition requiring liver support. Dandelion helps to increase the flow of digestive juices to assist the break down and absorption of food. Ideal for issues associated with a sluggish liver including skin conditions, skin inflammations, blood sugar irregularities and irritability.
— Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) – An aromatic and sweet spice that supports healthy digestion, feelings of fullness and assists with inflammation. Cinnamon also contains powerful anti-fungal properties and has been clinically proven to balance blood sugar levels, reduce sweet cravings and lower triglyceride and cholesterol levels.
