— Spearmint (Mentha spicata) – Refreshes the palate, prevents halitosis (bad breath) and alleviates feelings of fullness and lethargy after meals by supporting proper digestion.
— Nettle (Urtica dioica) – Strengthens the body’s elimination organs (kidney, bladder, liver, pancreas, gallbladder) and promotes the cleansing and removal of bodily toxins, wastes and retention. Nettle also provides an array of important vitamins and minerals, which replenish the body's needs, and in this way, may even prevent the body's desire for snacking.
— Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) – A unique herb due to its ability to detoxify, protect and strengthen the liver. Beneficial as a daily detox but also for a range of health issues from adrenal disorders to inflammatory bowel problems and gallstones. The substances in Milk Thistle, namely the flavonoid Silymarin, contains highly anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties in which the pharmaceutical industry have no equivalents.
— Calendula (Calendula officinalis) – A lymphatic cleanser and bitter tonic that is particularly useful for treating internal wounds, stomach ulcers and discomfort of the gastrointestinal tract. Calendula is healing to the gastric mucosa, is anti-inflammatory and enhances the ability of the liver and spleen to detoxify.
